     They will learn face-to-face with trained math instructors, explore STEM-related activities, and play innovative, engaging math and critical thinking games! Camp Mathnasium is a 5 day morning camp from 9am to 12pm for students entering grades 1 through 6. There are two one-week options for Summer 2024: June 24th-28th or July 15th-19th. The price for each camp is just $249 per student! Students already enrolled in our normal Mathnasium program this summer will receive a $50 discount!   A field trip to the Alamo, the shrine to Texas liberty, is an excellent way to foster a love of learning and reverence for history from a young age. Groups can embark on a variety of tours to learn about the history of the Alamo, and may also explore the exhibits of the Long Barrack Museum; the oldest building in San Antonio. Kids want to be responsible; they want to have a purpose and independence, but somehow us parents made it ok for them to forget those very same values we were raised with. If there were a way to create a craving in children to do their chores, wouldn't you want to experience that for yourself? It's like a snowball that starts out as an awkward shy kid that gets nudged down the mountain. One cycle at a time getting bigger, stronger, and gaining momentum to make smart choices, and take care of themselves because they've learned just how great that feels, for themselves.
